when i was 18 my loser father talked me into refinancing his house and putting my identify on the mortgage as a co-signer. This was six a long time back.
Now, i am wiser and realize that this may possibly have been a enormous error. he has ruined my credit score by paying out late payments in 06 & 07. i took more than payments and haven’t mad a late payment since.
My question is, can i get out of this without possessing to offer the home. Is there any way to just “get my title off the mortgage”?

The only way you can get off the financial loan with out offering, is if Father can refinance the property solely in his name right now or discover one more sucker to cosign Dad’s refinance.
